CSR, Pennsylvania's most complete metal scrap processing company, was formed in July 1999 with the merger of B. Abrams & Sons Inc. of Harrisburg and L. Lavetan & Sons, Inc. of York, family-owned businesses with a long history in the scrap metal processing industry. With the acquisition of the Wagaman Iron & Metal facility in Gettysburg, PA in September 2000, the company now operates five locations throughout Central Pennsylvania.
