CSR Adds Four New Permanent Recycling Containers in Region to
Benefit Families of Ill and Injured Children |

The trade association to which CSR
belongs, the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries, Inc. or ISRI, recently began a program emphasizing
the safe operation of scrap recycling operations. Emphasizing enhanced safety, the company recently signed an ISRI Safety Pledge.
The Safety Pledge says, Consolidated Scrap Resources, Inc. is committed
to providing a safe and healthful workplace to our employees. As members of the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries, Inc. we pledge to consider worker and customer safety in every decision we make.
Our mission as a company is to serve customers and produce high-quality
product safely.
If we cannot do it safely, then we will not do it at all.

(CSR) announced today – Earth Day – the addition of four permanent magazine drop-off containers in the Central Pennsylvania region. The public is encouraged to deposit magazines, catalogs and other glossy papers in any of CSR’s 15 containers to help earn money for the Ronald McDonald House of Hershey. |
| July 8, 2008 -- YORK, PA – Consolidated Scrap Resources, Inc. (CSR), York, PA, is pleased to announce that it is acquiring the recycling business assets of Brandywine Recyclers, Inc. Brandywine operates a 12-acre recycling facility in Lebanon, PA where it collects and processes ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metals, as well as paper and plastics. The Brandywine facility is located 35 miles east of CSR’s shredding plant in Harrisburg. |
